Installation Responsibility
Customers should verify product compatibility and arrange
installation by experienced mechanics familiar with high-performance engine
components.
Product Use
Some performance products may not be approved for
public-road use in certain countries.
Customers are responsible for checking local regulations
regarding motorcycle modifications and product use.
Intellectual Property
Photographs, technical information, text, and other website
content owned by Keng Engine | KE Performance may not be reproduced or used

Customers may contact Keng Engine | KE Performance to
request an order cancellation or modification before the products enter the
shipping process or custom production stage.
Standard Products
If an order has not yet been shipped, we will review
its status and inform the customer whether cancellation is possible.
Custom-Made Products
Products that have already entered production
according to customer-specific requirements may not be eligible for
cancellation or a full refund.
Any cancellation request will be reviewed based on
production progress, actual costs incurred, the terms communicated before
purchase, and applicable laws.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, any return request
will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if
they wish to change or cancel an order.
English — Warranty Policy
KENG ENGINE | KE PERFORMANCE products are high-performance engine components that require proper technical knowledge, professional installation, and appropriate engine tuning.
As we have no control over the installation process, engine assembly, mechanical adjustments, ECU tuning, fuel system calibration, lubrication system, cooling system, maintenance, or operating conditions after the products have been delivered,
we do not provide a warranty or guarantee against product or engine damage resulting from installation, modification, tuning, or use after delivery.
However, if a product is found to have a defect directly related to its materials or manufacturing process, we are willing to review the issue and consider appropriate corrective action.
Any inspection or corrective action will be subject to the applicable product conditions and relevant laws.
