Order Preparation

Keng Engine | KE Performance prepares and inspects products before shipment to ensure that customers receive the correct items.

- In-stock products will be shipped after payment confirmation and final inspection.

- Products requiring additional preparation or manufacturing generally take approximately 7–15 days.

- Custom-made products may require additional production time.

Domestic and International Shipping

We offer domestic and international shipping through DHL, Thailand Post, and other suitable shipping providers.

Estimated international delivery times:

- DHL: 3–7 business days

- Thailand Post: 10–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and shipping carrier operations.

Import Taxes and Customs Duties

Import duties, VAT, and customs-related fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

Export documentation and customs declarations will be prepared according to the actual transaction details and applicable legal requirements.

Shipping Damage

If a package or product arrives damaged, customers should take photographs of the product and packaging and contact us immediately.

We will assist in reviewing the issue and coordinating with the shipping carrier where appropriate.
